One Comedian. One Suit. The Streets of SoHo. We sent Matthew Broussard into the wild in a Paul Fredrick suit. The internet had opinions.

Overview
Brand Up Comedy took Paul Fredrick out of the studio and onto the streets of SoHo — putting real people, real reactions, and one very well-dressed comedian in front of the camera.

Challenge
We needed to: – Make a menswear brand feel alive and relevant on social. – Create content that felt nothing like a fashion ad. – Get people to actually stop scrolling and watch.

Execution
We sent comedian Matthew Broussard into SoHo in a Paul Fredrick suit and let the streets do the talking. Man-on-the-street style videos capturing real reactions, real conversations, and real laughs — all built around the idea that a great suit speaks for itself, especially when someone that funny is wearing it.

Results
Paul Fredrick’s average video gets 9–10K views. Ours did a little better than that.

12.3K, 16.3K, 39K, and 31K organic views across four videos 🚀 Top video hit 4x their typical performance 📊 All four videos outperformed their historical average — every single one

Why It Worked
Nobody shares a product demo. Everybody shares something that made them laugh. We gave Paul Fredrick a personality, handed it to Matthew Broussard, took it outside, and let real New Yorkers react. Turns out a good suit and a great comedian are a pretty unbeatable combination.
